My name is Dean. I was born and raised in New Jersey in the heat of the Summer. I have always been on the technology edge of things. I have a dream to own and operate an hosting company. I have been a reseller of a hosting company and did that with effectiveness. Now we are stepping up to a greater operation with certified professional help. I personally have been learning this for several years. I am nearly ready, but want to get the opinions and ideas of those who are on the net and have developed your thoughts. Our mind-set is service, reliability, interaction, and excellence. One hundred percent uptime, with the latest technology. Redundant drive security for backing up your data. IT staff that is watching over your website twenty four hours a day. We desire to give the client / customer the best possible experience that can be secured. What is your preference of operating systems – Unix, Linux or Windows? What kind of server would you like to be on – Shared hosting, Dedicated Servers, Virtual Servers, or a stack? What are your particular needs? We can help you and believe that you will be satisfied once we are up and running.

A hosting company should be focused around you the customer. That is the whole reason for business at least that was what I was taught. Here is a simple equation to follow. Build your business with knowledge and experience. Then find out what the customer wants and focus on providing the needs that are there. Then stay focused, be true to your vision and let it be about the customer, then the employee or associate however you want to see that, then the business will take care of itself if you ethics are straight and stay straight you will be successful with the least amount of work.

Business, relationships, success are not hard if you have the right understanding of how they should work. Success is just around the corner. One good book I once read is this: “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. Of course he is not on earth anymore but he left us a rich legacy of wisdom to live by. You should get a copy from the nearest book store and take some time to evaluate the way you think around the principles in the book. If you perceive the principle correctly you will be a success at whatever you do.

The greatest book I ever read is a secret and there is great wisdom and enlightenment there. Most people if they could perceive correctly would see this book I am talking about as a great source of knowledge and understanding, but it is not viewed that way. It is about war and peace. It is about health and joy. It is about life and death. It is about success and failure. But the choice to be successful or healthy or joyful is up to each and everyone of us to make.

“What you perceive will be real to you.” It does not matter what you see. It works with everything, whether good of bad. There my friend is a very profound word of wisdom. What you see inside of you is who you really are. What do you see? When you have the answer to that question and understand it then you will have started on a journey of enlightenment if you choose the right path. Okay -
